At The Naz, we believe following Jesus means continually growing in our faith and living it out in everyday life. Deeper is designed to help you do just that. Led by our Teaching Team, these classes provide practical, biblical teaching.   While adults are learning, kids can also grow in their faith through our NazKidz discipleship classes—and childcare is available for the little ones.


God meets us where we are, not where we need to be.   Deeper is about taking your next step in becoming more like Jesus, wherever you are in your journey.

  • Yes, because Deeper is for everyone.  As its title indicates, Deeper is designed to take every person one step further in their journey of life exploration and growth.  If consider yourself a skeptic, a person who has not studied or applied Biblical topics that much in your life consistently in the past, or conversely have been on a life-long journey of Bible study and application for many years, Deeper is for you.  


    We expect Deeper participants to have more questions than answers. Our facilitators do not have all the answers either.  We are in this together and aiming to become more and more like Jesus.  If you are not aiming for Jesus, we still invite you to check it out and exploring what God says together. 

  • Each Wednesday night, during a session of Deeper, there is a meal provided just prior to the class starting times. Afterward, we make our way the room designated for our class.  Each class is facilitated with some lecture and video content as well as large and small group discussion. Courses may have reading and study outside of the class that participants are recommended to complete throughout the week as to get the most of out of the course content.

  • Deeper courses will cover a variety of topics that include:

          -  Sharing Your Faith/Reaching People

          -  Studying and Applying the Bible

          -  Marriage, Family, Relationships

          -  Culture

  • Deeper sessions typically run 4-6 weeks on Wednesday nights. Meals are free and start at 5:00pm and classes begin promptly at 5:45pm and end by 6:45pm.  Sessions are offered in the Fall, Winter, and Spring. 

  • Thanks for asking!  We need people who are willing to serve in many areas including:

          -  Greeters

          -  Meal preparation, serving, and clean up

          -   Classroom setup and teardown

          -  Children’s classroom helpers
