Thank you for your interest in serving as a leader in Youth Ministry! We believe leadership is more than filling a role — it’s about investing in the lives of students and helping create an environment where they can grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and encounter Jesus in a real way.

Our leaders play a huge part in making Youth Group a welcoming, safe, and encouraging place each week. Whether it’s leading conversations, helping with games and activities, greeting students, setting up behind the scenes, or simply showing up consistently, every role matters. Small moments can make a lasting impact, and God often uses faithful leaders to speak life, truth, and encouragement into the next generation.

Serving in Youth Ministry is both a responsibility and a privilege. We are looking for leaders who are willing to be present, build genuine relationships, work as a team, and model Christ-like character both inside and outside of Youth Group. You do not need to have all the answers or be perfect — just a heart that is willing to serve, grow, and care for students.
