Request Prayer

The Purpose of Prayer

Prayer is more than the words we speak—it’s a conversation with God. It’s a way to bring our praises, our struggles, our needs, and our gratitude before Him. Through prayer, we draw closer to God, align our hearts with His will, and invite His presence into our daily lives. Prayer reminds us that we are not alone; God hears us, cares for us, and moves in response to the prayers of His people.

At The Naz, we believe prayer is one of the foundations of our faith. Whether we gather together or pray individually, we are seeking God’s guidance, trusting His power, and resting in His love.

If you would like to leave a prayer request or meet with someone to pray, you can fill out this form and we will connect with you shortly.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” — Philippians 4:6

“The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” — James 5:16b

Here is a message on prayer from our lead Pastor:

Sunday night prayer

Life is busy, but prayer re-centers our hearts on what matters most. Each Sunday from 6:30–7:30 PM, the Worship Center is open for a dedicated time of prayer. Come sit quietly in God’s presence, receive prayer, pray with others, or lift up the needs of our church, community, and nation. This is also a meaningful space to pray intentionally for your one more — asking God to move, open doors, and guide your next steps. All are welcome and encouraged to come.
