Next Gen

Purpose:

To continue cultivating the next generation of Christ followers and develop more “laborers” for the “plentiful harvest” in ministries both local and abroad. (Matt 9:37)

WHY:

Leadership Development

Developing young ministry leaders who are grounded in the Word by establishing internal talent development infrastructure allowing the Naz to be able to support our church now and in the future in its ministry to reach/serve Fergus Falls and the surrounding area.

Education

The Naz supports the spiritual development of its young people throughout their entire scholastic career and this allows for the continuation of that education into their young adult years. Further allowing the Naz to steward well the young people that have been entrusted to them.

Theological Understanding

In a world devolving into a myriad of doctrinal beliefs, The Naz would like to produce leaders who think critically and thoughtfully about their faith journey. We here at The Naz want to make sure our future leaders are grounded in a solid theological background as they are sent as leaders into this world.
