Opportunities

Small Group Leader

  • Create a welcoming, safe, and encouraging environment.
  • Greet and connect with students each week.
  • Lead conversations, games, and activities.
  • Help with setup, cleanup, and behind-the-scenes needs.
  • Build genuine relationships with students.
  • Work as a team and serve consistently.
  • Model Christ-like character in and outside of Youth Group.
  • Come with a willing heart to serve, grow, and care for students.
  • Help students feel known, valued, and connected.

Hebrews Cafe

  • Serve food and drinks to students and leaders.
  • Take orders and handle payments.
  • Help prepare and restock food, drinks, and supplies.
  • Keep the café clean and organized.
  • Greet students and create a welcoming environment.
  • Interact with students and leaders throughout the night.
  • Help make Hebrews Café a fun and inviting space.
  • Serve behind the scenes to help make Wednesday nights at 412 a great experience.

Check-in Team

  • Welcome and greet students as they arrive.
  • Assist with new student registration and inputting information.
  • Answer questions and help students know where to go.
  • Help keep the check-in area organized and running smoothly.
  • Create a friendly and welcoming first impression for every student.

Child Care

  • Care for and engage with children while parents are serving in 412.
  • Create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.
  • Help with games, activities, crafts, and play.
  • Assist with snacks, cleanup, and basic needs.
  • Help keep the childcare area clean and organized.

Meals for Meetings

  • Help prepare and serve meals for Youth Ministry leaders.
  • Set up and organize the meal area.
  • Help keep the meal area clean and organized.
  • Help make sure our leaders feel cared for and appreciated.

Purpose

We believe the next generation is the church! 412 Serving Team creates a place where Junior and Senior high school students are encouraged in their faith.
